Privacy notice

What we collect when you book a Vritta demo, why, for how long, where it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it.

{{TODO: draft for review by Irish counsel before publishing}}

What this notice covers

This notice covers the demo request form on the Vritta landing page and the emails that follow it.

Who the controller is

The data controller is Artisai Limited, registered in Ireland, company number 787343, with its registered office at Apartment 18, Parkview, Harold's Cross Road, Dublin 6W, D6W RH70, Ireland, trading as Artisai.

For anything in this notice, email info@artisai.ie.

What we collect and why

The demo request form

Your name, work email address, company, the kind of team you work in, and anything you write in the free-text field. We use these to reply to you and to arrange and prepare the demo.

Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in answering requests sent to us.

The updates checkbox

The form has a separate checkbox, unticked by default, with this wording: “Email me now and then about Vritta: pilot openings and what ships. This is optional and separate from the demo request. Withdraw at any time by replying to any email.” Sending the request does not tick it, and leaving it unticked has no effect on the request.

If you tick it, we store a consent record with the submission: the time, the exact wording shown, and its version. Lawful basis: your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, and Regulation 13 of the Irish ePrivacy Regulations (SI 336 of 2011) for unsolicited electronic marketing. The Data Protection Commission's guidance on consent for electronic direct marketing explains the rule. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email we send or by writing to info@artisai.ie. Withdrawal does not affect anything done before it.

Technical data

The Vritta page and this notice set no cookies and run no analytics. Our hosting provider keeps ordinary request logs. {{TODO: name the hosting provider and its request-log retention}}

Where it is stored and who processes it

Demo requests and their consent records arrive by email. {{TODO: the email provider, the region its mailboxes are in, and any transfer outside the EEA with its safeguard}}

{{TODO: list every processor (hosting, email) and confirm none other has access}}

We do not sell or share your details with anyone else, and we do not name you or your company as a prospect or pilot without written permission.

How long we keep it

  • Demo requests: {{TODO: the retention period for requests that do not lead to a pilot}}
  • Marketing consent records: for as long as the consent is in force, and afterwards only as evidence that it was given and withdrawn: {{TODO: the period consent records are kept after withdrawal}}

Cookies

The Vritta page and this notice set no cookies. They load no analytics, no third-party scripts, no tracking pixels, and no fonts from other servers.

Regulation 5 of SI 336 of 2011 requires informed consent before any non-essential cookie is placed, including analytics. If that ever changes here, a banner with an equally prominent accept and reject, and category-level control, will appear before any such script runs.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, or give it to you in a portable form. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email info@artisai.ie. We answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Changes to this notice

This is version 2026-09-24.1. The version shown when you sent a request is stored with it. If the notice changes in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and, where we have your email for a live request, by email.
